Medical Lifting & Three-Dimensional Remodeling: Quantum RF (InMode) Excellence by Dr Yousefpour

The combination of very high thermal technology and hyper-precise anatomy, to redefine your jawline and smooth your neck — without major surgery.

The Problem & The Solution

"What if you could restore tissue firmness and redefine your contours with surgical precision, but without the constraints of a traditional facelift?"

Over time, gravity, the natural decline in collagen production, and weight fluctuations alter the harmony of your face. The "triangle of youth" inverts: the neck skin crinkles, a double chin can appear, and the jawline loses its definition to the jowls.

Until recently, only invasive surgery could correct this sagging. Today, thanks to Quantum RF (InMode) technology — the absolute reference in subdermal fractional radiofrequency — Dr Yousefpour offers deep, targeted, and lasting tissue remodeling.

Dr Yousefpour's Expertise: Technology Elevated by Anatomical Knowledge

"A cutting-edge technology only reveals its true potential in the hands of an expert in facial architecture."

Subdermal radiofrequency isn't a simple cosmetic treatment — it's true thermal sculpting. Mastering the results depends entirely on an intimate understanding of the face's deep planes. As a recognized expert in facial rejuvenation and surgery, Dr Yousefpour offers an unmatched level of safety and precision:

  • Three-dimensional vision: Complete knowledge of the bony structures, fat compartments, vascular network, and musculo-aponeurotic system (SMAS).
  • Millimeter-precise personalization: Dr Yousefpour uses no standardized protocol — he adapts the treatment depth, energy intensity, and tension vectors to your unique anatomy.
  • Absolute safety: Handling the cannula beneath the skin requires a surgeon's dexterity to exclusively target the fibro-septal network and adipocytes, without ever damaging motor or sensory nerves.

The Science Behind Quantum RF (InMode): How Does It Work?

The procedure uses a fine cannula inserted under the skin (through invisible micro-incisions), paired with an external electrode. Bipolar radiofrequency energy flows between these two poles, generating intense, tightly controlled heat.

This delivers a triple anti-aging benefit:

  1. Immediate tissue retraction (skin tightening): The heat instantly contracts the three-dimensional network of subcutaneous fibers. The skin "lifts" from within.
  2. Targeted fat melting (adipolysis): The energy selectively liquefies small, localized fat pockets (ideal for a double chin or heavy jowls).
  3. Long-lasting bio-stimulation: The deep dermis is stimulated, triggering a substantial production of collagen and elastin that will continue firming the skin for 3 to 6 months.

"Smart-Sense" technology: The InMode system is equipped with internal and external thermal sensors that automatically cut off energy if the optimal temperature is exceeded — eliminating the risk of burns.

Indications: Is This Right for You?

This treatment is the ideal solution for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity who want visible results without major social downtime.

  • Redefining the jawline: Creating a clean demarcation between the face and neck.
  • Correcting jowls: Lifting and smoothing the lower part of the cheeks.
  • Neck rejuvenation: Treating "turkey neck," crinkled skin, and submental laxity.

The Patient Experience: What to Expect

  1. Step 1 — The aesthetic assessment: An in-depth consultation with Dr Yousefpour to analyze your tissue and confirm the indication.
  2. Step 2 — The procedure: Performed in-office under tumescent local anesthesia (you're awake but feel no pain). Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours.
  3. Step 3 — Recovery: You'll wear a compression garment (chin strap) for a few days. Bruising and swelling are normal, but you can resume light social/professional activity after 3 to 5 days.

In-Depth FAQ

  • Does Quantum RF replace a surgical facelift?
No. Surgical lifting remains the only option to excise (cut away) large amounts of excess skin. However, for patients with mild to moderate laxity, Quantum RF fills the "gap" between surface treatments (creams, injections) and major surgery — often delaying the need for a surgical lift by several years.
  • Is the result immediate?
You'll notice an improvement and tissue tightening as soon as the swelling resolves (after 1 to 2 weeks). However, the true magic of radiofrequency lies in collagen production — the final result is best appreciated 3 to 6 months after the procedure.
  • Will I have visible scars?
No. Dr Yousefpour uses tiny entry points (about 1 to 2 millimeters), hidden within the skin's natural folds, behind the earlobes, or under the chin. They heal quickly and become imperceptible.
  • Is it painful?
The procedure itself is painless thanks to local anesthesia carefully administered by Dr Yousefpour. Afterward, a feeling of stiffness or tension may be felt for a few days, easily managed with simple pain relievers.
  • Can this be combined with other procedures?
Absolutely. Dr Yousefpour frequently recommends combining Quantum RF with radiofrequency microneedling sessions (such as Morpheus8) to simultaneously treat the deep layers (volume/tension) and superficial layers (texture/pores/fine lines) of the skin, for total 3D rejuvenation.

Subdermal Remodeling with Quantum RF (InMode) Radiofrequency

Practitioner: Dr Yousefpour

1. Nature and Objectives of the Procedure

The Quantum RF (InMode) procedure is a minimally invasive medico-surgical subdermal remodeling technique. The goal is to induce lipolysis (targeted fat melting) and skin tightening of the face and/or neck, through the application of thermal energy (radiofrequency) delivered via a subcutaneous cannula.

2. Your Expert's Role

This procedure requires precise knowledge of facial anatomy. Dr Yousefpour is committed to using his surgical and facial-specialist expertise to adapt the energy, traction vectors, and treatment depth to your own anatomy, in order to optimize effectiveness while maximizing safety.

3. Normal Procedure and Post-Operative Course

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. It is normal to observe, after the procedure:

  • Swelling, sometimes significant, for 3 to 7 days.
  • Bruising that may persist for 7 to 14 days.
  • A feeling of firmness (small hard lumps under the skin), tension, or temporary numbness that can last from a few weeks to a few months.
  • Slight leakage of anesthetic fluid at the entry points during the first 24 hours.

Wearing a facial compression garment (chin strap / press-lift) is strict and mandatory, as prescribed by Dr Yousefpour, to ensure proper tissue re-adhesion.

4. Limits of the Treatment (Expected Results)

I understand that aesthetic medicine is not an exact science. The final result (visible between 3 and 6 months) depends on my own body's ability to produce collagen. In cases of overly severe laxity, this technique will not replace a surgical face and neck lift. Pre-existing asymmetries may persist.

5. Risks and Possible Complications

Although InMode technology has advanced thermal safety features and Dr Yousefpour has full command of cervico-facial anatomy, every medical procedure carries some risk:

  • Thermal skin burn: Rare, which may lead to a scab or scar.
  • Nerve injury: Irritation of a motor branch of the facial nerve (e.g. the marginal mandibular nerve), causing temporary smile asymmetry (paresis). Generally temporary and resolves spontaneously within weeks to months.
  • Sensory injury: Prolonged loss of sensation or tingling (dysesthesia) in the treated area.
  • Contour irregularities / nodules: Small scar or fatty subcutaneous bumps may persist, sometimes requiring targeted massage or small corticosteroid injections.
  • Infection / hematoma: Rare, requiring medical treatment (antibiotics) or drainage.
  • Pigmentary changes (brown spots) at the entry points, especially with sun exposure.

6. Patient Commitments

I agree to:

  • Strictly follow the post-operative care instructions, hygiene guidelines, and wear the compression garment.
  • Avoid sun exposure without SPF 50+ total sun protection for at least 2 months.
  • Inform Dr Yousefpour of any abnormal pain, intense redness, warmth, or suspicious discharge in the days following the procedure.
  • Have disclosed all of my allergies and medical history (notably a pacemaker/defibrillator, autoimmune disease, pregnancy, or clotting disorders).
